This magnificent Spanish country house is located on one of the highest points in the Bonalba Golf area. The grounds of over 2 hectares include beautiful gardens, a vineyard (production of 1800 litres of pure wine per year - Monastrell grape) and feathery orchards. These orchards alternate around the entire estate. Islets of olive trees, almond trees, 60 orange trees, lemon trees, apple trees and fig trees provide the most delicious blossoms and fruits. The prevailing natural beauty, tranquillity, privacy and comfort make it insanely beautiful.  
 
In every room, the house has beautiful views of the mountains on the one hand and the city of Alicante on the other. Frontal is the largest terrace with heated pool (10m x 5m) with an equipped outdoor kitchen and a covered area with bar.
